Getting very bad after last update I’m not getting trip notifications after the changes
Crashes
Works well, but at certain moments it logs me off and when I try to sign back in, it asks me to put in a new password. When I do, the app crashes and sends me to my home screen. Very inconvenient being a driver for SkyHop Global
A couple issues
Very good app, and better features added. However there are problems need to be fixed as it gives inaccurate output of drivers performances. Most of times drivers are being reassigned to other drivers’ jobs, and thus, the first driver has already selected “ready to pick up” option, so the new driver won’t see that option when he receives the job, yet in the performance chart you see he’s been low rated because he didn’t select the “ready” option first!! as the only option he’s got left is “picked up” or “no showed”.
Same thing when the crew comes out late, and you already selected “ready to pick up”, the app still counts that lateness against the driver in the performance chart. It’s frustrating to see it even though it’s not my fault!! Some other minor things needs to be addressed.

This app always crashes you have to reboot the phone they get back online with this app the app needs to be revamped always you have to be turning the page too much movement also you have to be logging in every 6 to 8 hours and usually requires three passwords to login my personal opinion the app is outdated it needs improvement ASAP
