Can’t change condiments
If I go in the store I can order my burger with ketchup and extra mayo. But on the app it’s either on or off. So unusable for me. It’s unfortunate because sometimes I want Culver’s for dinner but don’t want the long wait. Then I can’t even order ahead. So there is a good number of times, at least once a week where I don’t eat here.

Trapped in an endless loop
This app (and the website) trap you in an endless loop of signing up for the rewards program. Once you go through all of those step you can’t login, and it tells you you need to sign up for the rewards program. Do it again, and you still can’t login, and it sends you to the page to create a rewards account again.

I couldn’t redeem my free reward. It required 50 cent minimum to order on the app.

Almost there, but not quite.
So, this app is good. Easy UI to understand. Super simple and explains everything and it’s very easy to use. I just have one gripe with it… you can’t scan the QR code that are at the tables to order with the app. If this feature was with the app, I would use it more. I honestly have no reason to use this app because I just have to use an internal website to do the orders from the table.

Won’t use this again
Been waiting outside the restaurant for 30 minutes. They must not know how the app works. Have approached me twice. Once to confirm order than to ask me if I paid still no food.
No purpose?
They just delete your points or your account as they please they don’t show you the price of anything until you’re about to check out it just all says $0.00 until you’re about to put your payment information in and then they tell you oh yeah it’s actually $17 for a VALUE basket with some fries and a burger like thanks I’ll just go somewhere else

Extra mayo
Hey there, love the app. However, is there any way you can add the option to have extra mayonnaise put o to my chicken sandwich? I have to walk into the store each time I order Curdside just to get a couple packets of mayo. Thank youuuuu

When I try to make an account it doesn’t work I put in my phone number I click sign up and nothing happens. Also when I try to sign up using google it says “bad request” everytime. And never works
Order receipt should include the name as well as the order number
People don’t always remember the first name they use when they sign up Chris could be Christopher. Jan could be Janet. You walk in to pick up your order and you don’t know what name the order number is under without saying both of your names. You could avoid that by just having the name that you guys have registered for us printed along with the order number.

Great food. This app sucks
I love culver’s but this app sucks. constantly crashes and gets stuck.
Disappointing
This app does not allow you to request delivery, so there is no way to earn Culver’s rewards if you want food and can’t go to the restaurant. Many other popular chains partner with delivery apps so you can use the restaurant’s app to request delivery and earn rewards points. I’m disappointed Culver’s has not implemented this, and when I provided them this feedback I never got any response even though I requested a response.

Why can’t I order vanilla scoops in a cup on your app?

This app is pathetic. It allows customizations, will charge you for everything, but the people in the store don’t bother to follow them. I contacted via the app on the issues with orders and of course, no one followed up.
Further, you pick everything out and there is no option to add that to your bag. You have to start an order which then deletes everything and you have to start over.
And if you change the store, you have to start over since it is constantly trying to send you to the closest store and then defaults back to the closest store even if you pick a store that is further but where you want to go.
Culvers, if you want to just do whatever whatever you want, just tell your customers that AI will be telling them what they want and they can just deal with it.

Sign up & Get 25%
When you sign up, you get a “25% discount” in the app and/or website. You do get the 25% code but it doesn’t discount 25% it discounts 15%… Also, you can’t login at all.
Customizations
When you customize an item it doesn’t save. So your order is wrong. But if you ask them to remake it, they say that’s how you ordered it.
Utter failure
This app does what? Certainly it does not track my purchases.
Sign in is terrible
Every time when I sign in, it makes me sign up and then it gives me a error saying that an account has already been made with my email and I’m not trying to sign up I’m trying to sign in.
Terrible app
Won’t let you sign in or utilize rewards at all. Seems suspicious. Keeps saying I need to provide a valid first name when checking out, despite not even asking for a name.
