Cannot Sign In - Garbage Programming
I already have a Culver’s Rewards account. After downloading the Culver’s app, I attempted to sign in, but the app only presents an option to create a new account. When I enter my existing account information, it tells me the account already exists, yet never provides a way to actually sign in.
This is a basic user flow that should have been caught long before the app was released. Shipping an app where existing customers can’t log in is an obvious quality assurance failure and reflects poorly on both the development team and the leadership responsible for approving the release. It’s frustrating that an issue this fundamental made it into the App Store at all.

idk how many times I tried at this point but this app has made it impossible for me to long into my account.
Can’t sign in
Seriously so annoying. I can’t select a location without signing in. I sign in. It does NOTHING.

Dine in with app?
Why can’t I order from the app and dine in? Getting account credit for dine in does not work. Its enough to keep me going back to Freddys
App is worthless
It doesn’t allow for drive thru when you order through the app and our Culver’s has outside people taking orders during busy times, they can’t scan the app for points. I find go more often to places I can get rewards easier without the hassle. You can’t scan receipts kind of worthless.
Why remove the default ?
I don’t want to choose the toppings for each burger because I don’t know what the best, so why you remove the result preset by Culver’s as recommend ??????
Broken app and website
I was unable to make an order on the app due to errors I kept receiving, nothing could be added to the bag. Then I tried the website, this time I wasn’t given any errors when adding things to the bag. That didn’t matter though, as the bag was empty when I tried to checkout. I tried many different things to make either work. My app is up to date. It just doesn’t work and neither does their website sadly.

Why No Drive-Thru
The app works for me but I can’t see myself using it if I have to go inside for carry out. I ordered ahead, showed up a bit after the designated time, then ended up waiting in line behind some delivery drivers to be told it wasn’t ready yet. Let me queue into the drive-thru so I can wait in comfort for my expensive food. Loses a fourth star for not having Apple Pay in 2026.

The app does not allow me to earn points, does not save my info, everytime I use it it’s like the first time putting in all my info redundantly
Garbage
Great restaurant, terrible app. It’s constantly crashes or is unavailable. Today i try to open the app and it doesn’t recognize me. Fine I will login. That sends me to the website. How quaint. I put in my phone number and it asks me to sign up for rewards. But i already have rewards. Fine, i will play along. Sure enough i get the “can’t sign you in since this is already an account. PLEASE SIGN IN ANOTHER WAY”. Okay. How? There is no other option offered. Terrible. The old website was bad but this is so embarrassing when you see how McDonalds and Chick Fil A run.

What’s the point?
Every time I try to order it directs me to their website because location search isn’t working. I give it location permission but it plays dumb. Why bother having an app if it doesn’t do anything?

I had the app previously, it had no benefits. I just tried to get it again, and it won’t let me sign in or sign up. When I put my phone number in and press the button to sign up, it just sits there doing nothing.
Why don’t your app developers go back to 2016 and ask Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s how they did theirs? Not like any of this is new. It’s one thing to be late to the party, it’s another to show up half in the bag when you’re already late to the party.

Horrible experience. Hate this terrible app. Don’t use it, it will make you hate your life.
Can’t even use the app
The entire point of having an app is to see the menu and order at a specific restaurant so you can just go there and pick it up. However their store locater NEVER works. Not only can you mot place any orders at any store because you literally cannot select any store, but because you can’t even select the store, you also can’t see the menu for that store because you can’t select it because the store locator DOESN’T WORK. They have some “global” menu, but that doesn’t show any regional options or what may or may not be available at a particular store. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.

No tableside on app
Will give 5* when you add the option for table side on the app. I don't want to scan a QR code and go to the website to order when I already use the app.

Culver’s was the first QSR to offer table service. All you need to do to make this perfect is add table service. Please and thank you.
Broken App
Whenever you try to sign in, it says you already have an account and to try signing in another way. That is LITERALLY WHAT I AM DOING. App is trash.
