Great food. This app sucks
I love culver’s but this app sucks. constantly crashes and gets stuck.
Disappointing
This app does not allow you to request delivery, so there is no way to earn Culver’s rewards if you want food and can’t go to the restaurant. Many other popular chains partner with delivery apps so you can use the restaurant’s app to request delivery and earn rewards points. I’m disappointed Culver’s has not implemented this, and when I provided them this feedback I never got any response even though I requested a response.

Why can’t I order vanilla scoops in a cup on your app?
Don’t bother
This app is pathetic. It allows customizations, will charge you for everything, but the people in the store don’t bother to follow them. I contacted via the app on the issues with orders and of course, no one followed up.
Further, you pick everything out and there is no option to add that to your bag. You have to start an order which then deletes everything and you have to start over.
And if you change the store, you have to start over since it is constantly trying to send you to the closest store and then defaults back to the closest store even if you pick a store that is further but where you want to go.
Culvers, if you want to just do whatever whatever you want, just tell your customers that AI will be telling them what they want and they can just deal with it.

Sign up & Get 25%
When you sign up, you get a “25% discount” in the app and/or website. You do get the 25% code but it doesn’t discount 25% it discounts 15%… Also, you can’t login at all.
Customizations
When you customize an item it doesn’t save. So your order is wrong. But if you ask them to remake it, they say that’s how you ordered it.
Utter failure
This app does what? Certainly it does not track my purchases.
Sign in is terrible
Every time when I sign in, it makes me sign up and then it gives me a error saying that an account has already been made with my email and I’m not trying to sign up I’m trying to sign in.
Terrible app
Won’t let you sign in or utilize rewards at all. Seems suspicious. Keeps saying I need to provide a valid first name when checking out, despite not even asking for a name.
Challenging app
Tried it again yesterday and between myself and my wife on my phone it took almost an hour to get an order set up. In the end your system finally emptied my bag and we had to start over.
Then we tried with my wife’s phone and app and it seemed to work a bit better. I am uninstalling it to see if that might make a difference after reinstall.

Terrible App
Does not allow you to order any sooner than 30 minutes ahead of time. For example, it is 10:25 AM. My local Culver’s opened at 10:00. It is a completely empty parking lot, but the app says “schedule pickup time” and the earliest time is 11:00 AM. So if I want to order on the app, I need to order a MINIMUM of 30 minutes ahead of time. It’s not like McDonalds or Taco Bell where you order immediately, pull up to the speak and give them a code, which is exactly how it should be.

No good reason i can’t select no cheese on sandwiches that come with cheese.
The app default location
The app gets the job done, but it’s more difficult to use than it should be. Ordering should be the easiest thing in the world with as few clicks as humanly possible. For example, default to your last order location so you’re not forced to pick a location every time you place an order.
Terrible location tracking
App constantly sends food to the wrong restaurant and makes it almost impossible to change when ordering
This app is terrible!!!
It shouldn’t be hard to create an app that replicates the in-store ordering experience yet Culver’s has failed to do this for years. Additionally, after the order has been placed, you can’t change a vehicle or anything else about the order without canceling it entirely. This app is embarrassingly bad.

Errors
Custom orders have errors since most locations do not share the same ingredients, going in person asking indoor jalapeños confirms the app doesn’t match what they actually sell.
Culver’s
I love the food the kids love the fries burgers and ice cream that comes with the kids meal I love coming here as much as I can also love the entire store atmosphere and how they surround the atmosphere with Wisconsin everywhere it fits the food so well I just love the variation of food too
Faulty UI
You can’t order the Flavor of the Day because you can’t interact with a drop-down menu that doesn’t exist, as there is only one option.
Verification frustrations
Several times when I tried to verify to earn rewards when I was at the curdside, I was never able to have a code sent to me, although my phone number has me as a member. I’m reloading the app to see if it works this time. Manager was not able to help and said to notify the App corporate.
