This is the worst app on my phone. SO DIFFICULT TO USE. TERRIBLE EVEN THE PEOPLE AT THE BANK CAN NOT HELP ME WITH IT. I AM JUST GOING TO DELETE IT BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION
Works for me
Yeah, it could do a lot more, but it shows me current balances, allows transfers, bill paying, the things I need most, so yeah it works well.
Serves its purpose, but is bad everywhere else
Not giving one star because it technically serves its purpose.
But it looks like a first grader designed it and is super clunky. You all need to learn about SwiftUI or even just start using built in features that Apple has made so easy to adopt. It’s slow and I think I could create a better looking and functioning app in 1 week. I hope they didn’t pay too much for the developer to make this...

Can’t access app
I have not been able to
Access the app for four days. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but I’m still having issues. It keeps crashing when I click on it. This is ridiculous.

Removed same day / worthless
Installed despite last update 7 months ago and plenty of bad reviews. Here’s one more. Wife and I both have accounts, tried each, neither would allow us to login. Logged on laptop no problem. Removed from phone, why waste space with something that doesn’t work, and that last update 7 months prior gives one a pretty good idea how much they care about software.

Warning account not active 2020
Looks like this app has been down since 2018 makes me question the quality of the business when they can’t keep an app going. To be fair the Android app works for family of mine so it could be apple being impossible. Either way fix this or if there is something on my end make it CLEAR
How is it this bad
I saw others saying they had issues doing stuff in the app (money transfers, etc). All I need of it is to check my balance. Five attempts spread across two weeks and I still can’t log in because “account is not active.” I guess I’ll continue using the actual website

Won’t even let me login I can login on the safari but not on the app makes no sense.
Can’t Transfer
The app needs fixed. Very frustrating to not be able to transfer money. When I type in $20 for example, it becomes €0.02. I don’t understand, please fix it.
Touch ID needs to be fixed ASAP
I called CVNB and made them aware that since the last update in April the touch to login function is not working. They asked if I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I had done that.... still not working.
I called them back and told them it’s still not working and was told that no one else had reported an issue with it.
Can others please call them and report an issue with it in hopes that they will fix it?
It is so much more convenient to use your fingerprint than to type in a 12 to 15 digit password.

Touch ID preference doesn’t work
I keep setting the Touch ID preference and as soon as I log out the option is gone. Very annoying.
Preferences
The app will not save my preference for Touch ID. I will click turn on and set it I go back out and login again and it isn’t saved. So aggravating, not happy with this app at all.
Great until recent update
I have not been able to use Touch ID for a couple of weeks now. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app and setting up Touch ID numerous times.

Nice when it works
I can't log in because it throws me an error when I try. Sometimes it works, but more often than not it doesn't. I can't always call to find out my account balance, and it's a huge hassle to know how much money I have when the app doesn't work.
Fix it
Fix it were u can even log in!
