No updates despite reviews
Last update to this app was over 5 years ago. App crashes. Additionally it notifies multiple times at once when there is class for previous semesters. Reminders do not stop when semester is over. I do like it for Quick Look at schedule and to see what books are required. But the constant irrelevant notifications do not make it worth keeping

Terrible App
This app has too many glitches. It is not worth getting it kicks you out of the app anytime you click on your account.
Again, do not waste your time on getting this app. It’s pretty clear they don’t plan on fixing it either because it has not been updated in over 4 years.

It’s unbelievable that an institution as big as CUNY with an annual budget of billions of dollars cannot take the time to update an app that is so important for all of their students. Shame on you, CUNY!

Always crashes. Nothing works. This app is trash.
Is this ever going to get updated?
This app has been the same boring app since I started back in 2016. No updates, no fixes, nothing.

Useless & Waste of Resources
This app is garbage and should have been updated years ago. It crashes when selecting financial information or even information about yourself. Who wants to keep using sn app that closes down when you’re trying to view information. I might as well logon to CUNYfirst. It doesn’t show all of the classes. Why does it even exist? Is this what the tuition hikes have allotted to the students? This app is useless. Either fix it or take it off of the App Store.

Update
App does a good job of reminding me when class starts but somehow, in the Spring semester, I am still being alerted of my Fall classes. Annoying to the say the least. App needs an update. I’m going to delete then re-install to see if there is any difference.

It is too old. Not working good with the iPad. Need to write PW everytime you sing in.
It’s good but...
It’s good except for the fact that I can’t access “My Information” which is the one thing I need rn. It shows my classes and stuff which is good and everything else but yea. As soon as I go into “My Info” it kicks me out of the app.
Outdated and Crash-prone
This app is flawed for the following reasons:
- UI is very uninspired and boring. It feels like something out of the 2000’s rather than 2020.
- When clicking on “My Information” of the “More” section, the app crashes. I am using an IPhone 11 by the way.
- It is tedious how we have to log on at the start of the app, but the password isn’t there already (meaning that you have to look for your notes/Google passwords) just to enter a password everytime you start this app. A “Save/Remember Password” would make things less tedious
- App is outdated and feels to keep up with the times. Where’s the use of Face ID or Touch ID that people use with most apps? Where’s the implementation of Dark Mode (which is useful to strain eyes of people less)?
- Obviously the app is designed for IPhone 8 and earlier, since the screen isn’t meant for IPhone X and above or an IPad
The app would have been decent in 2000’s (except the crashing) but it hasn’t aged well right now and as a result, feels too primitive.

App keeps crashing. This is a school where people come to learn technology, and this is their app

Dont even bother downloading this crappy app!! I was interested enough from the cuny websites of blackboard and degreeworks to download this and within 5 seconds of logging in, the app crashes!! Never again!!

I must have changed my password like 6 times and it’s still not correct. The few times I did get in it had no information.
