Where’s the Pork?
I like the app but was frustrated when the pork options aren’t available for protein, only chicken.
Bad Marketing or Glitchy app
Cupbop ran a promo on Black Friday for Buy One Get One free only through their app. Downloaded the app promo on the Home Screen. App wouldn’t load the promo at checkout. Promo said nothing about limited quantities. Either they turned off the promo at peak time or the app is glitchy and wouldn’t properly load it. We tried on multiple phones with the same results.

I have always been impressed with cut up. Their Katsu chicken and, especially their vegetables, are so yummy!
I had a little trouble with the reward
It had an error when trying to add the 50% off reward. I had to click on the item in the cart and I had a un click an item and then click re-click an item and then re-save it and then the 50% off coupon was finally able to apply so it’s a little buggy, but Minor error.
Cupbop App
As of Wed, October 8, 2025, the Cupbop App works great. It’s easy to use on iPhone, it’s fairly straightforward with ordering and pricing. It offers pickup and delivery. I got 50% off coupon when downloading, that worked fine. Used Apple Pay. No complaints.

Great App!
I go to cupbop all the time on my break, so it’s very nice having the app to put orders in ahead of time! The app works very well. The only thing I wish is that you could put in multiple discounts at one time.

I signed up to get the 50% off on my first order and your app wouldn’t process it in the total balance, then said I used it already.
