Amazing customer service.
Prompt and helpful although I didn’t end up needing them because the app is so simple. I was over complicating it. I believe the name was Edon I don’t know if they get bonus points but they followed up with me a few days later just to make sure and that was cool. Also I love the app. I recommend the stand but it’s still cool without it. My kids (6&7) use it, I use it. It’s great for building confidence in your skill.

Honestly I could probably make the same thing for free I just wouldn’t have the ‘tutorials’ the images of gallery you can choose freely are quite ugly and yeah

This looks good I love the creativity used in the app and the good AI courses it uses I think there are great ideas and great tutorials that they use to help with the app and it helped me draw a lot and got me way better than before. but it has glitches that make it harder to use but overall it is a great app and it is a great way to make art.

It’s a great app I love the technology so you can draw beautiful things and share them on spaces!
How it improved my drawing
Cupixel is one of those apps that will change your life. I enjoy drawing but I couldn’t get it right. after I got the app improved my drawing a lot. After Cupixel I had a better mentality of my drawing. If you want to improve your drawings try Cupixel.
Have to pay to use the good features
I was supper excited to try this app out when I got the stand but if you want to trace anything more than the sad couple line art pieces they have on their gallery you have to pay way to much money to simply use your own photos. Not what it advertised at all. Get a different app.

The worst
First of all, I tried downloading the app, took hours.🙄 My one-month membership didn’t even work. Then, it told me to pay which is totally unreasonable. Not getting this ever again.

This application is very nice, but it requires a monthly subscription. The only thing that is available for free is some sample images that they have for you create without limits I don’t think so. I think the limit is the monthly subscription. Thanks, but no thanks.

My friend suggested I download this app and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. I was a little intimidated at first but once I understood how the tracing technology worked, I was sold. As someone with very little drawing experience, I’m amazed at what I’m making! The technology is awesome and the artists’ tutorials are so helpful and engaging, I even joined a live class and had so much fun! Thanks for everything y’all do!

Tracing features Won’t work unless you buy a $50 membership.
They advertise a tracing capability but I had trouble getting it to work. Their customer support eventually helped me.
