Misleading locations selection
Very disappointing app experience. Instead of showing a location as unavailable for mobile ordering, the app somehow guided me to a location in a completely different state without any notice or clear warning. This is extremely misleading and frustrating. Wasted time, money and mostly emotional energy 😮💨

NY Location No Longer Listed
Was using the apps for a few years when I’m visiting Tangram Mall to order my pineapple bun with butter to avoid the long lines. Try to it yesterday, but the only location the app shows is in Maryland??? Why?? Please fix!

The app shows you offers from Cuppa teas out of state! What’s the point of showing me an offer in another state!??

What is the point of favorites
The favorites the most useless thing I’ve ever seen. It’s literally just a collection all the drinks I’ve ordered at the top. Not even ordered by the amount of times it’s been selected before. Please remove favorites or just put it at the bottom where no one will see.
Great taste and fun app
It taste better when you order it through the fun app. Hahaha, great job!
