Extra Fee Just to Order in the App

The app charges a $1 online ordering fee and automatically preselects an 18% tip at checkout. Customers have to manually change the tip amount. For a pickup order, this feels excessive and unnecessarily increases the total cost. Most coffee and bubble tea apps do not charge an extra fee just for mobile ordering.
