New members aren't getting their coupons and I get nothing for referring new people
Where are the oat milk options?
The app is nice, but the lack of oat and alternative milks means I can’t really place an order. To the people who run the business: this isn’t Asia. In the US coffee culture of 2026, alternative milk is much more popular than regular milk in major cities. You have to offer oat and alternative milks to be competitive. Even Luckin does this.
