Horrible

Doesn’t recover anything. Only shows photos you already have

Response from developer

Hello, we’re truly sorry our app cannot recover deleted photos and only displays your existing pictures, failing to meet what our ads promised. We’re updating all promotional content to clearly explain the technical limitations of photo recovery and remove exaggerated marketing wording. If you subscribed and want a full refund, share your transaction receipt with our in-app support team, and we will handle your refund request without delay.

Totally disappointed

I gotten this app because fake ads in media like Facebook promise this app you can recover old pics and bla bla bla is only one pictures organizer and boring extra pictures drawer nothing especial, I don’t see anything I can find in my iPhone pictures desk why do you need fake publicity? Are you scammers ? or info takers? ? 🤔

Response from developer

Dear user, We fully get why you feel deceived after seeing our Facebook ads and finding the app only works as a basic photo organizer, and we sincerely answer your worries about fraud and data collection. We are not scammers: We’re fully revising all promotional content to erase exaggerated photo recovery statements, and offer full refunds for unsatisfied subscribers as a proof of our sincerity. We never take your private info: All your photos stay locally on your device, we have no access to your image data, and our privacy policy fully complies with Apple’s strict regulations. We admit our ads failed to show our app’s actual positioning, and we will fix this issue completely in our next round of promotion. Feel free to contact our in-app support for a full refund with your purchase record.

Lies

Said it can recover up to 10 years of deleted photos. Not even a button to go see. I look all over

Response from developer

Hello, we’re truly sorry our ads claimed to recover 10-year-old deleted photos, yet you couldn’t find any related button after checking the whole app. We’re updating all promotional content to remove misleading statements and fully explain the technical limits of photo recovery. If you subscribed and want a full refund, share your transaction receipt with our in-app support team, and we’ll handle your refund request right away. We’ll also add clearer feature navigation in the next app update to avoid this confusion for other users.

Boy, I needed This

I have not deleted pictures forever. Thank God for this app! Literally, thank you God!

Ten years ago I lost photo album would like to get them all back

But you just want to delete more of my pictures Other people have over four thousand pictures.

Response from developer

We’re truly sorry we can’t help you recover your photo album from ten years ago, and we understand how precious those old memories are. Our app only works to sort and clean photos already on your current device, it cannot retrieve photos lost years ago. It will never delete your photos without your confirmation. We apologize for the disappointment and will optimize our instructions to avoid misunderstanding.
