If you continue to have this issue, please reach out to your school so they can verify whether this feature is enabled. If the issue persists after that, we’ll be happy to assist further.

Update: I shouldn’t have to reach out to the school so they can then reach out
to you. You are aware of the issue. It’s been an issue for over 6 years. Just fix it already.

CurbSmart Parent uses Face ID to remember your login credentials. On the login screen, please confirm that the 'Remember me?' toggle is on. Also, in your iPhone Settings > Apps > CurbSmart Parent, please confirm that 'Face ID' is enabled. If both settings are on and you're still prompted to enter your login credentials, please uninstall the CurbSmart Parent app, then re-install. You'll need to enter your login credentials after reinstalling, check the option to Remember me, then please try closing the app, and re-opening. You should see the app use Face ID to log you back in. If that does not work, please email our Support Team at support@nutrilinktechnologies.com so we can further assist.

Does not work!
After finding out that my kid did put my name under her, it finally worked.
To bad it was not clear from the sign in. Will move the stars to a three stars.

Follow up: remember login won’t work. Still have to login everyday
