Your car's permit now silences the time-limit warnings it exempts you from, Curbwise Plus can show the tickets SF has on record for your plate, and parking mid-sweep no longer says "6 days". RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMITS (FREE) • Add your SF permit area to a car in Manage. curbwise stops warning you about posted time limits that permit exempts you from, shades the blocks it covers on the map, and names the zone on the card. • The street sign prints the exception the way a real one does — "EXCEPT VEHICLES WITH AREA H PERMITS" — and highlights it when the area is yours. • A block only counts as covered when every limit on it is exempted. One carrying a second, unexempted limit keeps its warning; the app will never imply you can park somewhere you'd be ticketed. PARKING TICKETS (CURBWISE PLUS) • Put a plate on a car and see the citations San Francisco has on record for it — date, violation, location, and each fine as written. Entering the plate is free; the lookup is the paid part. • Optional alerts when the city publishes a new ticket against one of your cars. Off by default. The city's feed runs three to four days behind, so this can tell you that you were ticketed on Tuesday — it can't tell you on Tuesday. SWEEPING • Fixed the worst reading in the app. A spot saved while the sweeper was on the block reported the following week — "Sweep in 6d 23h", with a street cleaner right behind you — and no reminder fired. curbwise now says sweeping is happening now, and when it ends. • Sweep reminders could be cancelled during an iCloud restore. Mid-restore the app couldn't tell an empty database from one still loading, so it dropped pending alerts for cars it wrongly believed were deleted. CARPLAY • Stopped recommending blocks that were being swept. A block mid-sweep sorted to the top of the list and drew green. • Saves landed on the corner of the block rather than where you stopped — a median 47 metres off, which aimed walk-back at the wrong end and looked the time limit up at the intersection. APPLE WATCH • "I moved my car" no longer blanks the complication when another car is still parked with a sweep coming. • A late-arriving update can no longer bring a car you already moved back onto the wrist. SHARING A CAR • Your plate and permit travel to your partner too, so a shared car resolves the same tickets and the same exemptions on both phones. THE MAP • The pin you aim carries the current car's icon, so you can see which car you're about to save for. • A lighter bottom card that no longer walls off the map, and a save card cut from five rows to two. • First launch now explains what the curb colours and the dashed lines mean. • Fixed a crash when the sample alarm fired.
