I enrolled in auto pay they didn’t take the money on the due date I had the funds in there cause I knew it was a time then I get a warning to the castle my insurance cause being late it’s their fault every month. I gotta call them and deal with this. And with all third-party fees. To pay your bill is ridiculous. An auto pay. There was only way to do it without fees thinking about leaving this company if this continues good rates terrible service take note

Issue
It will not let me login.
THEE WORST
One bad experience after another. Over charging me, cancelling my policy and waiting 20 days to notify me. Great prices at awful expense. Owes me over 200$ and now says I owe them over 300$, from 3 years ago but somehow magically kept allowing me to renew. My fault for staying so long.
Can’t login
It tells me my password is wrong. Go to reset the password, it says “please input policy holder information.” My information is all right there. Please fix your app!

This App needs to be updated, I can login into my account but I can login to make a payment. Starting to think you guys maybe a SCAM

I see from the reviews I’m not the only one that cannot login into their account after purchasing insurance, I tried to make an account it said account already existed with that email which it doesn’t so I made a new one with my other email, but every time I login I can’t find my account I went on live chat, gave them my name and policy number so I can see when my next bill is due and they couldn’t find me as well. I don’t understand how you can’t find someone’s policy even after giving them the policy number. That doesn’t make any sense so I have no idea when my bill is due. I’ve had this policy less than a month and I think I’m already regretting it I don’t understand how it’s that difficult to log into your account or for them to even find your account that doesn’t make any sense

Constantly locked out
I don’t understand why this is so difficult? I made an account but EVERY time I try to log in I get told the password is wrong. I change the password and it’s still wrong. Over and over. If I use the email to renew it never lets me upload my documents. I have to spend 2+ hours on the phone EVERY TIME I have to renew my policy. You guys are making more than enough money to hire a better tech for the app and email glitches. This is in NO way convenient for your customers.

Disappointment
Not a good alternative to any other insurance co. Have other insurance agencies that offer much more for less. Recently paid the amount due, just received a notice stating I still owe $25.00. I paid the total amount due of $343.51. Where did the $25.00 come from. Also, should be able to pay with a debit card without extra fees.

It takes forever to load or login and always glitches. We can tell it has low funding or minimal coding capabilities in the background . This app need better software performance

I think they should improve their work I called a tow truck one day and they never answered my call Another thing came the date of the payment of my insurance and the money was discounted and well the next day it appeared that it was canceled And well, they scammed me, I got the day of my payment for the month and the money was discounted and the next day they canceled my insurance. I realized because the police arrested me and what they asked me for insurance was already canceled and I won a fine thanks to it

Worst auto insurance
By far the worst auto insurance on the market. You pay your bill and they keep trying to charge you more. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I pay my bill and then they send me a collections notice after the bill is paid for multiple amounts. This company is a scam. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay away if you don’t want a headache.

Dont even think about getting their insurance horrible costumer service and they charge $17 to pay your bill! My credit card got stolen i have a new one and they say theres no option to update my card? I will be shopping for a better service even if it costs alittle more you get what you pay for u do the math 12x17

Good luck getting your auto pay to actually work and even better luck getting someone on the phone. Canceling my policy today and recommending everyone to stay away from this scam autopay!!

A very poor service at cure auto insurance.
Just a little adjustment at the back of my car is taking them so long for 5 months. Whenever I made a call to cure, to extension 7884, he practically put the call on answering machine. As I speaks, cure auto insurance hasn’t foot the bill at the service shop. I think it’s high time my lawyer comes in. What a poor and a scam organization.
