Feels like it’s intentionally difficult to use
I was forced to use this app for recent jury service to receive our daily compensation. The associated cards wouldn’t register, the website, call number, and app, all failed to identify the account and left no viable option for help or to collect the funds owed to us. Apparently if the associated card is inadvertently activated you start getting billed a monthly fee. This is supposed to be a reimbursement account, why would it levy fees? Perhaps this does more than just the jury reimbursement support which was my example, so in a differently use case it might work properly, but it kinda feelt like a scam to make it incredibly cumbersome to receive funds that are owed so users eventually give up.

Absolutely Bothersome
Doesn’t actually help me with my missing funds and doesn’t let me see my full transaction history either. Tells me to register my card elsewhere for full history (which is the only reason I used the app, because it was supposed to show my transaction history), and the website it said to go to doesn’t work. Website says “Too many failed attempts” regardless of when I try to open the page, where I try to open the page from, and how many times I’ve tried to open the page. I want the $10 I was supposed to have left after buying gas, but I was given no other contact information other than this app and the website which doesn’t work. Not worth your time to get this app, and if you can help it, get your money in some way that ISN’T linked to this company or its cards.

Doesn’t work
Keeps asking for pin # which is only 3 digits but the app wants 4 before it can process.
Horrific
This app is completely useless, just like the customer service.
