Not great

I have tried over and over to sign into my account. Thought I must have got my password wrong so sent for change password link. Told me to follow instructions on a secure page. Well the link didn’t take me to any pay other than Curvissa home page. Can’t even delete my account because I can’t get into it. 😡

Not good for iPad

Deleted straight away because no landscape mode apparently. Very awkward having to use iPad in this orientation.

Forced to use this and poor quality

Have to use this as the website doesn’t load or take a very long time, it’s like going back to the 90’s with a dial up connection at peak time

Can’t use this with a vpn, which is not acceptable

Poorly designed

Great app for ordering, but not so great for managing accounts. No payment history, and seems to show payment as due even long after it’s been made. Most people like to keep track of their payments along with what is owed and this app is not fit for purpose.
