Keep having to delete and reload because it stops letting me access account info. Going to delete my account, as I can’t keep doing this.

Blank screen?
Went to use app this morning and blank screen, tried on both phone and tablet.
Dreadful
Despite tv ads trumpeting the app - it’s dreadful. Complete fail - can’t get beyond the welcome page. #fail. I’m not really surprised having used apps from some of this groups other brands & they’re pretty appalling too.
A shame that such a big group of brands which must rely on on-line shoppers hasn’t done better with app reliability. The design of them is quite good. It’s the functionality that’s the issue.
Went to visit their website instead, but that too isn’t working.
Think they need a new IT/web & app team. Coz at the moment they appear to be using a bunch of 🤡
