State Checks
I mobile deposit our monthly state checks. I have done this for years. This last year they have been rejected more than they have been excepted. Please fix this.

I’ve gotta try submitting it a hundreds of times before it will except it and submit

Works half the time. Won’t accept checks. Always have to call in to have it fixed
Statement Email
I have suggested several times to add the account name to the “new statement available email” because between the kids and I, we have 4 different accounts and not sure which one the email it is for.. Can you please add the account name to the emails????? Everything seems to be good.

The CUSB app is super user friendly! I am able to access all of my accounts when needed for my banking needs!

The updated app was well over due! Too soon to see if there are any bugs or crashes but the design is very nice and easy to manage! Very clean features way to go small banking in Iowa! ♥️
