Constant issues
Glitches, freezes, not user friendly, does not save in real time - if you scroll back it erases the pages, must complete forms in 1 sitting can’t have distractions, can’t save and come back to different pages, times out often, trouble uploading photos, may need to upload more than 5 photos

Not user friendly for setup or usage. Crashes/glitches often.
Can’t complete jobs
Logs on OK but l can’t complete any jobs. It says mandatory fields need completing. But the mandatory fields are completed
I need this for our company
A great platform. Full of complex safety aspects which is helpful for us being a small company.
‘Internal Server Error’
Since the version 1.23.0 update, I cannot login due to ‘Internal Server Error’.
SWAP is not a user friendly app
This app is full of issues and is a nightmare to set up. Not user friendly
