Endless issues, buyer beware!
Support is under resourced and admit it. App has too many problems.

Worst app on my phone by far.
This app is impressively terrible. From endless ‘initialising mex’, ‘saving changes’ and ‘finishing up’ loading screens to the app crashing when selecting an asset to prestart.
What’s even worse is that the app is so poorly designed that it isn’t even capable of completing any of these things in the background, rendering the app useless until it pulls it’s pants up and finally stops loading. It doesn’t work offline either, just displays and endless ‘initialising mex’ loading screen.
A pathetic example of app development. Literally the worst app I’ve ever had installed on any phone I’ve owned. Everybody I work with feels the same way but we have no choice but to use it.
The developers should be ashamed, but they obviously couldn’t care any less.
