The app itself is pretty self explanatory, it moves smoothly. The only issue is the fact that there isn’t an option of a card payment. Debit card payment is the more convenient option.

Maintenance Request
Don’t even bother putting one in…. Once maybe twice have anything been replaced or repaired. Gnats are everywhere in my apartment… I haven’t been here 2 months and can’t enjoy my apartment

Very accurate & very detailed on where the payment is coming from, from which account. I like that.
Functional
I enjoy using this App for my monthly rent payments. I have trouble sometimes locating the logout to close the App, but I am overall pleased with the ease of managing my monthly financial expenses.

Hard to make payment
Sometimes it takes my payments, sometimes it doesn’t. It just said my payment couldn’t process, but it processed it the second time. I’m scared my payment will be processed twice. I’ve heard of this happening through many people in the community.
