Everytime my bill is due it logs me out
This has happened so may times it’s almost like they want me to be late to pay my bill some should look into this scam
What’s the point?
I have never once been able to pay my bill through the app, I have to pay it on the website. Truly, what is the point of even having an app?

Cannot “Sign Out”
What happened to the “Sign Out” option in the app? Cannot locate it anywhere. Previously it was on the Settings page, as I recall.
Prepaid and app
Don’t expect prepaid services to be canceled bc app won’t let you log in. Neither regular iOS online. It literally says loading and can’t connect to servers. Does nothing. We’re expecting a huge snowfall tomorrow and I want to make sure I have enough electricity so please fix this ASAP! Or y’all will be responsible for turning my utilities on and any grievances that it causes
