Worst app ever
You can’t even use the app.. you don’t have anywhere to create an account. Much less get a response or ticket. That’s why you should update or do away with this app. I don’t even know if I created a ticket before I haven’t received a confirmation email. You want us to report but you don’t give us a good way to do so.

Worthless app
I review actually as no Star. The app doesn’t let you create an account so you can request and monitor your status as the recording says when you call and robot answers. I have proof I’ve called and tried to get their app to work. I’ll be digging. Tired of the runaround.
App does not work
Just downloaded the app. It will not let me create an account. Call on the phone and the recording automatically tells you to go to the app.
Horrible APP
I call 811 for marking, recorded msg says APP must be used. I d/l APP & only option is to sign in (to existing acct) that I don’t have yet, with no ability to “create” a new acct - seriously ?! Was this designed by a 4 y/o!?
