Almost anything would be better

2 stars because bill pay functions, but the app is unintuitive, does not cover nearly as much as the website, and needs a complete UX/UI rework. Experiencing a power outage right now and can’t figure out how to use the app for status updates or to make reports. Fell back to the website.
