Almost anything would be better
2 stars because bill pay functions, but the app is unintuitive, does not cover nearly as much as the website, and needs a complete UX/UI rework. Experiencing a power outage right now and can’t figure out how to use the app for status updates or to make reports. Fell back to the website.

Problems logging in and accessing info.
Before this last update, I would have given this app 5 stars, but it is ineffectual now. They took a perfectly usable app and turned it into a dummy app. The only thing you can do now is pay your bill. I can no longer access the info I need, and it leads me in circles. I preferred the old unmodified app much better and found it 100 % more useful.

Transfer Service
Is there an option to transfer your service online? I try to do it on mac and its telling me I can on app so I downloaded the app.. clicking the transfer/closed but nothing is halpening
Please allow payments to be scheduled for future
Please add the feature to schedule a future payment. That will cut down on late payments for you as well.
Can’t report an outage
Normally it’s not a big deal. But we lose power all of the time. 4 times last month. On our 3rd time this month as I write this. It’s the same problem each time. Just fix it. App is about as good as the service.
Power outage reporting broken
When I press to report a power outage, it won’t let me select if my power is out or not. Since I can’t select that, I can’t report an outage.

The app is simple design, easy to use, and displays usage, alerts subscriptions and save payment profiles. I believe the other reviewers need to retry or call EMC to check their account details.

Does not work. No one at EMC seems to know much about the app either. Here’s a thought work to get power more fault tolerant like getting rid of above ground unsightly power lines where trees fall on them.

Cannot log in using credentials that work when signing with my MacBook. So worthless. Am uninstalling it. Note their normal access via MacBook also needs improvement since have to bypass the pop up blockers. Needs to be simpler!
