Unable to create pin
When I first used the app a few months ago I was able to create a gate entry pin. I tried to log into the app today and it looks like it updated and there’s no area to add/update my pin. There’s also an apartment complex in Arlington TX that’s on my account but I live in Georgia, so that’s weird.
This app sucks.
I wish I could give it zero stars. It doesn’t even work right. I live on the second floor and have to go downstairs to let people in because most of the time my own code doesn’t even work.
HOAs, Avoid
My HOA got sold this scam of a product and now nobody can access our building. The app looks like it was built in 5 minutes, it will log you out and then not prompt you to log back in. Guest codes don’t work so I can’t receive any packages. If you are an HOA board member or a resident of a property that is considering using this pile of garbage, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Have this app on my building brand new building - i guess is the cheaper shi.. that they could get since day one is a horrible interface and is always broken they did and “update” and stoped working for a month 😂
No door view
This is so non-functional. Haven’t found a function yet that works.
