Terrible App
This app is next to useless. Requires bank details to be entered every single time and crashes around 50% of uses. Very poor
Disappointing
Fails regularly when trying to log in, indicating that you have put in the wrong pin (when you haven’t) and then the only people who can help you change password or pin is by calling custom fleet. This app really needs an overhaul by custom fleet to improve user experience.
Can’t reset password because of UI not mobile friendly
Th UI when reset password is not user friendly. Cant click Submit button

Don’t bother never works
Don’t bother to download, when opened app and after signing in has a pop up that says system down for maintenance, we’ll it’s been down for months now, seems like app is no longer supported, website isn't any better, hardly ever works

Temperamental
Easy to use when it’s accessible, but lately can’t seem to get past the app screen.
Remember bank details !
Have to enter ALL bank details *every* *single* *time* ! Not even the name or bsb gets remembered. How about you encrypt the app and remember the details , or at the least remember name and bsb. Tedious to keep trying to submit claims only to realise at the last step I don’t have all the bank details and have to get out of app to retrieve them then start claim all over again.
