This is a meditation app that will allow people to customize their own meditations by being able to input what they want to hear in their meditation such as incorporating positive affirmations, positive self-talk, or anything that they want to hear. The meditation app will come with a guided mindfulness relaxation piece that will help them relax and focus on the present moment and after this relaxation piece, they will be able to hear what they recorded as the recording will be integrated into the mindfulness relaxation piece. Individuals will have the option of saving the integrated version of the mindfulness relaxation meditation and recording or they will be able to save positive affirmations alone and listen to them when they want to. The app will come with a guide on how to create their own meditations and affirmations.
