My Maytag washer
Bad customer service
I called Whirlpool to discuss my concern and someone who said she was a supervisor answered the phone. I asked for the refrigerator to be replaced because at this point it didn’t seem a repair was possible. This alleged supervisor stated the manufacturer warranty did not cover replacement and it only covered repairs. After several times I insisted on getting a replacement she continued to state it can only be repaired and not even she could tell me an estimated date of arrival of whatever part or parts were needed to attempt another repair. I told her I was running out of time and needed to have everything fixed within 3 days. She was unwilling to do anything else except for just give me an extra 12 months on my manufactures warranty. I eventually get an automated phone call from Whirlpool stating the part(s) was/were on back order. I finally get a call like 3 weeks later from via appliance stating the parts for repair were in. I informed them that it was way too late and unfortunately I had to get rid of that refrigerator and purchase a new one from another place because I couldn’t be without a working refrigerator beyond a certain date.
So in the end I wasted my money on a Whirlpool refrigerator that had not even been used yet and wasted time from that interpreted with work and other things by staying at home basically for nothing. Then of course the new refrigerator wasn’t free so I had to spend money on that. Now imagine if I actually needed to use the refrigerator. From the time I noticed it wasn’t working to the time I was called to say the final parts ordered arrived about at least one month had passed. What the heck would I have done to refrigerate my food, beverages, etc. for that amount of time?
As if it wasn’t bad enough, Whirlpool apparently doesn’t make this refrigerator too often as I found out when I went to the store I purchased it in and they did not have this refrigerator available to repurchase in their system. I’m glad it wasn’t available though so I would not have been tempted to buy another useless refrigerator of the same brand, make, and model just because I was desperate to have a working unit by a certain time.
Needless to say I will NEVER purchase anything from Whirlpool ever again. NEVER.
Can’t open the app
Don’t Bother
No Options
😡
Doesn’t work
It’s a link hub, not an app
Really Whirlpool-this is what you put out
What’s the point?
It would be a lot better if you could manage your products and actually track service and warranties in the app.
Not Very Useful on iPhone
Jennair French door refrigerator
Very sad
Once I finally registered, I tried to get help that my brand new fridge is too warm and I essentially got a video saying I shouldn’t open the door too much. Dang it - I knew I was missing something! And then I can call your terrible customer support and listen to crappy music for as long as I want. Another feature!
Go back to the drawing board on this one. Best of luck.
Worthless app
Great app
Terrible app is useless

1. I entered my profile and registered a product. The model number and serial number include spaces on the appliance. I entered them as-is, and received a vague error message on the app (“...something went wrong...”). Duh. I re-entered without spaces and it worked. The app should deal with that, not the user.
2. When I requested service, the app directed me to a browser and did not transfer any of my profile and product information to the browser. I tried to copy and paste the model and serial numbers into the browser form, but I could not find previous products in my profile. Weird. I had to go back to the appliance and re-enter the model number and serial number to proceed. So much for mobility.
3. After filling out all form elements (even non-required Special Instructions) in the browser, I could no proceed upon submission. I received no error message. The page just refreshed. Frustrated.
4. I re-opened the app to see if I was missing something obvious. I found a link to read News. Right — I wanna read about “Getting the Most Out of My Water” instead of fixing my appliance. Nice insult.
5. The app offers no location-based service search (“nearest provider list”).
