It doesn't always accept the url and if it gets the prayer card then you cannot add the obituary. Has some glitches

Thank you for the feedback! After scanning a prayer card, you can scroll down to add an obituary in the same memorial. In the off chance a link doesn’t load, try taking a screenshot of it — works great as an alternative. We’re always improving and appreciate you sharing this.

Perfect solution for creating digital memorials
I was looking at a prayer card from my co workers wife’s funeral the other day, thinking how I didn’t want to throw it out but I didn’t know what to do with it either, this is perfect solution for that situation. This app is easy to navigate and gives me peace knowing I can create a digital memorial for the loved ones I’ve lost.

Awesome app! Nothing else like it!
So useful being able to turn my prayer cards into digital memorials. I especially love the Apple Wallet feature. Whenever I open my wallet to pay a bill I get to see and remember my Mother!
