Blank Screen (Old Browser Issue?)

I can’t delete and re-install to see if that will resolve only getting a blank screen in the app. I’m using an iPhone 12 with iOS 14 and only saw an option to remove the app from my home screen. Is my old browser causing a blank screen? Hoping to get this resolved because until then, I am unable to enter orders. Just rating the app at 3 because I haven’t been able to use it, but possibly only due to my browser version.

Super helpful

Selling over $180,000 in the field without the app (older rep here) this is a GAME CHANGER especially working trade shows or helping the customers at a faster pace. Thank Cutco/Vector Corp for funding and creating great tools for the field!
