Stopped working
The app stopped working and gone dead slow after the software update
Update: Crashes (with out of the box TypeB cable) and stops during engraving
Update:
Connected via WIFI to the Laser, the job went through no problem. Upgraded the TypeB cable that came with the laser to a premium one that handles more Data throughput transfer from Amazon and also helped allow the engraving jobs to finish without hiccups.

Was my go to software until last month.
I used this software as it was super easy to use, but ever since last month, the software disconnects mid way into loading preparing to engrave. There is ABSOLUTELY no way around this. I am being forced to use another program. It is something that has to do with the software to engraver because the phone app works fine. I would highly suggest AGAINST this software… I really wish they would fix it. I have sent several emails and reports of the crash. No response back.

I see someone posted a one star? Crazy. I have been using Lightburn, and this is free and seems to be working perfectly fine. The interface is very someplace, and there is nothing wrong with that.
I see there are in-app purchases? Havent seen any yet… Will update if it becomes clear that $$ is needed

This app does not work
The app does not work and I cannot use the machine. It consistently crashes, even after installing and reinstalling several times. Have to return the machine.
