I bought 2 shirts a couple years ago. Both of their signature fit. Expensive. But they fit perfectly. Got compliments while wearing them saying they fit perfectly. It’s hard for to find stuff that’s not too small or not too big. I’m athletic, fit, 160-165, 5’5 . Both times o ordered size small. I recently bought 4. No changes in my body. Those 4 are way too baggy, way too long, and look like I’m wearing hammy downs. Not to mention the quality is atrocious compared to before. Since I tried them on, I can’t return them. DO NOT SUPPORT CUTS

Checkout problems
I really like the brand and the quality of the clothing, but I ran into a frustrating issue during checkout on the app. When I tried to process my payment, my credit card wouldn’t go through, but the app never displayed an error message or highlighted what the issue was. Instead, it just kept sending me back to the top of the page without explaining why the payment wasn’t processing.
After entering my credit card and billing information multiple times, it still appeared that the order hadn’t gone through. However, I later noticed through the Shop app that the order had actually been processed and was already being tracked. It turns out the same transaction was submitted multiple times because the checkout page never clearly confirmed the payment or showed what was happening.
Love the products, but the checkout experience could definitely use some improvements so customers know whether a payment went through before attempting it again.

Products are amazing but if you want an item exchanged, good luck. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I’ve sent over 20 emails about the same product, provided pictures, order numbers, anything they needed and the info was provided. Yet they’ve ghosted me several times and I have to start a new request and resend all the information. As soon as you think you’re going to send what you want they ghost you. So I recommend buying the correct size the first time and don’t even think about gifting this to someone unless you know their size with 100% certainty in their brand.

Need Proper Update for iPad
Love Cuts and love the app but I do most my shopping on my iPad and the improper scaling just forces me to just order on the website.

I have been purchasing cuts for over 2 years. I work in healthcare so the pants are perfect to be dressy when I don’t feel like wearing scrubs. The shirts fit great. I have tried other brands but like the durability of the clothes from cuts. I recommend them all the time.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND SHIPPING ISSUES
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. The shipping address for my order was incorrect and it has been impossible to contact them to fix it. They do not respond to my emails and there is no phone number or other contact method where someone actually answers. I cannot recommend this company until they improve their communication and provide proper support to their customers
