Major upgrade

Love all the new features like study room reservations and self-check out right on the app! Huge improvement from the previous one. Super easy to use and loads quickly too!

Missing OhioLink & Search Ohio

Hi! I appreciate the update- however the old app did have a link directly to Search Ohio and Ohio Link to request books from other libraries. This feature is missing and has been confirmed by the staff. To do a search, a user has to now go to the library website, scroll to the bottom for these links and search there. It is a poor user experience to have to manually switch platforms in the middle of an action.

The new app is much more user-friendly and provides more up-to-date information about the about the library. However, it’s missing key resources that the old app had, such as Ohio Link, and Search Ohio for requesting books not carried at CFalls Library. Would love to see these features added back into the app!

Hi Meggha, We are so glad you find the new app user-friendly! While we would love to share Search Ohio and Ohio Link books in the app's search results, app integration is currently not supported and was not present in our previous app. Our staff is also happy to help you search and find what you need via interlibrary loan! I love the self-checkout feature! I also love being able to use Libby and Hoopla from just ONE app!

Improved app!!

This new app for CFL is such an improvement over the previous one. It looks fresh and is way more intuitive and user-friendly. I love how I can checkout books using my phone’s camera, register for programs, and reserve study rooms. Well done, CFL!!
