App vs Website Order experience
Although I am usually happy with my orders , I have been in recent time unhappy with my experience on the app . I was purchasing over 700 items and had to manually click over 700 times as the app does not allow you to input figures for purchase. This can be cumbersome and tiresome. Kindly look into this.

This is my first ever order and I was having a problem receiving my $10 off discount. I call Customer Service. There was no switching me around here and there they got to it really quickly and help me out. I really appreciate good customer service. Free shipping - false ad
Shipping method did an automatic default to a cost payment for shipping instead of regular shipping and it cost me an extra $84.00. My purchase exceeded $300.00 but the sale ended today. What is the issue with your system? You advertised free shipping for purchases greater than $100.00, however your site would not allow me to select that option. I could have made the purchase with another company but picked a Texas location for convenience. Not pleased with the false advertising.
