Essential but needs personalization
This app is is essential at user conferences, to see all sessions plus the ones I want to attend. However it needs the ability to personalize. For example, adding comments about the connections you make. And add to your schedule, like volunteering during a break.
Great for conferences!

App doesn’t work properly
I’m attending a work conference and for some reason the home page is blank. After the app update it appeared briefly but it’s gone again. Also, bios are sometimes there sometimes not. I had to update my schedule my conferences twice because they mysteriously disappeared.
Frequently forgets my event
Had to reload event several times and login to event via a pin refresh go cvents and no event have to resign up

Glitchy experience
Not sure if it’s the tool or the internet access, but it’s glitchy. Running slow. I’ve gotten a “something went wrong” error message a couple of times and some things like using AI to recommend connections doesn’t work. Still working with it to see if it improves but I’ve seen it be glitchy at other conference events. This is the worse I’ve seen so far in using the tool.

Hopelessly Useless Slopware
We have to use this app to register for sessions at an annual conference and it is an eternal pain in the rear end.
Navigation is terrible, there’s no search function for finding sessions on specific topics, and you can’t filter whether the sessions are full or not which means that you will sign up for sessions only to realise that they are full because someone else signed up for it without you knowing.
Oh and if you are a presenter your sessions do not show up in your calendar so the only way to put them on your conference calendar is to sign up for them which takes a spot away from a potential attendee.
If I could give this app a negative star review I would.

Information at your fingertips
I used this application for a conference I attended. It was so easy to use and I literally had the information I needed to get to where I needed to go at my fingertips! I highly recommend this for your next event! It makes the user feel in control of their destiny- giving them the opportunity to view and plan their schedule!

Improvements
Participants overwhelmingly comment they refuse to leave workshops reviews because they must be logged in. As a result, they share they don’t feel like they can be honest because the comments are not anonymous. Also, participants want to be able to go back to previous days and access presentations and surveys if they forgot to place workshops on their schedule. Too much money has been spent for the app to restrict participants access to information that was paid for through registration and thousands of dollars through travel to attend the conference.
