Hard for mobile deposit
I have accounts with 5 other financial institutions and CVNB is the only one that ever gives me trouble which mobile deposits.

Hard for mobile deposit
Constantly have to retake back of check Even though it is endorsed For Deposit Only it keeps refusing to take. Usually about 6-8 tries before it goes. Never happens with any other bank.
Editing payee in bill pay
I was told I have an error in my visa bill pay. I out my address in instead of visa so they sent me the visa monthly payment. I see no instructions as to how to edit the visa payment address

The new app tells me my information is incorrect even after speaking with a consultant about it it says my unfit doesn’t match 10/10 do not recommend
