Cannot get smart card to even pull up. No one to even submit a complaint too. No support. I just opened this account and I’m already thinking I made a mistake. Can’t lick or unlock my card for app problems

Horrible

This app is terrible! It never works! Most of the time I have to check my balance on the website and most of the time that is a fight to even log into. I’m just over it all PERIOD!

Terrible Bank

I get logged out every single time I try to check my balance. Then I have to log in to my email, have a new password sent, then enter the new password. I just want to see if I can afford something.

Absolutely horrible app and even worse customer service. Everyone you speak to is rude

The app randomly goes down for WEEKS and you are unable to login to your account. So frustrating, this alone makes me consider switching banks.
