Mobile App
Cannot get smart card to even pull up. No one to even submit a complaint too. No support. I just opened this account and I’m already thinking I made a mistake. Can’t lick or unlock my card for app problems

This app is terrible! It never works! Most of the time I have to check my balance on the website and most of the time that is a fight to even log into. I’m just over it all PERIOD!
Terrible Bank
I get logged out every single time I try to check my balance. Then I have to log in to my email, have a new password sent, then enter the new password. I just want to see if I can afford something.

Absolutely horrible app and even worse customer service. Everyone you speak to is rude
AWFUL
The app randomly goes down for WEEKS and you are unable to login to your account. So frustrating, this alone makes me consider switching banks.
Never up to date or functioning properly
This app consistently is out of date. For example, I had a fraudulent charge that said pending on the app but when I called the bank they said it had posted and wasn’t pending. That’s one example out of the hundred wrong with it. This app is 75% of the reason we’ll be switching banks in the next few months.

Cannot Login
We’ve updated the app and password and still can’t login. This needs fixed. Always an issue logging in.
Whitaker needs to get with the times
This app is so bad. How is it possible in 2025 that a banking app can consistently be so broken? Even when it does work it’s so far behind in terms of features that one would expect from a banking app
Doesn’t work
I haven’t been able to access my bank app for days now. Very frustrating and annoying.
Still as bad as it has been for 5 years
Wish they would invest a little money in making the app even usable… and debit cards with tap to pay. I’m living in the Stone Age when the technology is there. Just too cheap to fix it
I’m switching banks
This is the absolute sorriest excuse for a bank app I have ever used can never log in never get transactions shown on time never know really how much money you have even if you can get into the account that is they need to really work on this bc other than this I love the bank itself the app is on my last nerve tho

Super convenient!
I love being able to log on and check my balances while on the go. Makes it easy to deposit checks via the mobile app when I’m traveling.

Literally the worst app ever
Was ridiculous the steps I had to go through to even set this up (ended up having to visit the bank in person). Only works maybe one fourth of the time, it mostly opens to a blank page. When I do get to enter login info, it says it is incorrect even though I know it is right. Spend more time locked out of my account and looking at blank pages than seeing how much money I got in the bank.

Not working
Just randomly stops working FREQUENTLY. Usually it’s only a day- but this time it has been over a week . Not to mention they have not sent out information regarding the fact it is not working and what they intend to do to fix it. Very inconvenient
App trash
You’d think with the only reason they’re in business is because of the people that they would wanna keep us happy. Well I guess not anyways app has been down for awhile and I’d say it’s time to switch banks. Kinda sad especially since I’ve been with them for almost 15 years it’s been fun but PNC here I come.
