Update Pop-up
Received a pop up to update the app. It directed me to the App Store. Did not update. Said to open. Opened the app, the pop up is still there and won’t go away. Blocks the screen. At the point the app is worthless.

I have had this app for years and now it keeps giving me a pop up to update the app. I already have! I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I still get the pop up to update the app. That notice blocks me from being able to use the app in any way. It’s super frustrating and it’s been months and it’s still there.

Does not work anymore… at all
As mentioned in another recent review, every time the app is opened it says it needs to be updated. The App Store said I already have the latest. Even after reinstalling the app that update prompt won’t go away no matter what, so I can’t get into the app to do anything.

I have tried several times to update and just keep going in circles. I don’t have time for this, so I give up. You just lost a customer.
What’s going on?
When I go to my CVS app, I am getting a message that it needs to be updated. When I click update now and hit update to open the app again and I still can’t get through because I keep getting the big square in the middle of the screen saying that an update is required. I don’t know what’s going on, but I can’t get to the pharmacy or reviewing information from my Health Plan . This needs to be fixed because I’ve had the CVS app for many years now without this issue.

iPad app. Dead. CVS could care less
Asks for me to update app. But it won’t update anything. Fix this please. It’s pretty obvious CVS could care less about their customers. Either remove this thing outright or fix it.

Not Functional
I have never worked with an app as flawed and unusable as this one. It keeps telling me to update- but when I go to the App Store it has no ability to simply update. I deleted the entire app, and reinstalled and Im still getting the update app command. Then there’s the flaws with the app making someone else the principal contact to confirm vaccine appts.

Caught in a loop
Just downloaded the app and it insists I update it once I open it. Sends me back to App Store with no option to do so, only to open app again. Can’t get past the update screen. Please fix.
App is stalled
The App is consistently on an update loop. It won’t update or open.
Update process broken
Opening the app brings up a window, requiring an update and linking to the App Store. Clicking on that takes me to the App Store, but there is no update offered. This renders the app unusable.
