Disappointed

I have iPad 16.7.16 which is the best i can get onthis ipad. It is not allowing me to access QVC. I cannot get on the app or through the website generally. So i guess this is goodbye. I like QVC and am a longtime customer.
Very frustrated and disappointed.

Hard to shop when the app keeps crashing. The rating is on the app and not QVC.

Terrible app for great shopping!

Please fix this app! It freezes and closes unexpectedly. The more items you visit, the worse it gets. I have removed it and reinstalled, and I’ve updated frequently. Nothing helps. This is ridiculous! Please make the app work so I can shop more.

Poorly designed

This app is not user friendly at all. Each time I try to use it, it Always “requires “ update. Then I can’t get to the place I want to search. I’ve been a Q customer for many years, but not anymore. I can find the fastest and best deals on Amazon. Sorry Q. Thought you were top shelf at one time.
