Disappointed
I have iPad 16.7.16 which is the best i can get onthis ipad. It is not allowing me to access QVC. I cannot get on the app or through the website generally. So i guess this is goodbye. I like QVC and am a longtime customer.

Hard to shop when the app keeps crashing. The rating is on the app and not QVC.
Terrible app for great shopping!
Please fix this app! It freezes and closes unexpectedly. The more items you visit, the worse it gets. I have removed it and reinstalled, and I’ve updated frequently. Nothing helps. This is ridiculous! Please make the app work so I can shop more.
Poorly designed
This app is not user friendly at all. Each time I try to use it, it Always “requires “ update. Then I can’t get to the place I want to search. I’ve been a Q customer for many years, but not anymore. I can find the fastest and best deals on Amazon. Sorry Q. Thought you were top shelf at one time.

Watching TV , you will will hear multiple voices talk over from what you are watching to main live channel, happening this month June 2026

Wants you to update but there is no update available and will not let you use the app. Say you need to have version 17 and we do. Very frustrating please fix this issue
App OK EXCEPT
The app is pretty good except for when you n the d to go through your orders. If you need to check on an order that’s two or three pages deep, and you click into view the order, it doesn’t return you to your place. It ALWAYS returns you to the most recent order. That and I wish there was a better way to search for orders when you do not know the order number.

Unable to download
I’ve been shopping with qvc for years on my IPad, but no longer. It will not upgrade. I’m very disappointed in the way this new version was handled. Now no shopping, check account or order. I’m 89 years old and don’t shop on my phone!

I can not download the new app because I have an iPad 16.0. Your new app is not compatible with anything below a 17.0. How many customers are you alienating/ losing by implementing this revised app that doesn’t include long time customers. What are you thinking?

I have been trying for two days to install your new apt…it is not possible! In addition from review of the apt it is so small, horrible. I have been a customer since before QVC 40+ years and I am VERY unhappy with this change. There are 3 major items I want to shop for now, guess I must go to a box store!!! So frustrating!

I’ve had it with QVC! No return shipping labels. won't let me download an update they require for tablet, double orders when I try to order online. Been a customer for many years, Oh well I will save a lot of money and they will lose it!

Garbage
Like last year, two things keep happening. 1) The app crashes after about 10 minutes of use. 2) The search function stinks. It used to be that if you typed in a product brand, you’d only get that brand. Now you get all kinds of brands. If you try to specify “free shipping” or “as is” it doesn’t work. Don’t you want us to be able to find what we want to purchase, and haven’t you just filed for bankruptcy? Get your ish together.

Won’t open on either of my IPads. Update required. Did this step on both IPads and still can’t get into the site. I’m done.
Poor usability and merchandising
The images on the product listing page are wayyyyy too small! I have to open each one to see the product and I don’t have time for that. I am using a new iPad Pro.
When I see an outfit I want, I’ll go to say, the pants. I also want the coordinating top, jacket, etc., and those should be at the bottom of the page so I can easily find it. Instead, I will be shown more pants. I have been looking at the Isaac Mizrahi tan pants with a coral pink trim at the bottom. I want a jacket and top that matches that color pink. You never see the name of that color, so I can’t search for it.

Sound does not work on the iPad qvc app!
All other shopping apps work fine but this qvc app. There is no sound only I only see the hosts but I can’t read lips!
