Poor customer service
I too as the other customer that can no longer access QVC App as you now require updating OS 17 requirement so I am deleting your App-as my Phone too is Os16.7 without an update to 17. Amazingly qvc is the only App the blocks you out until update is done. Great customer service especially for the long term Customers! Another update on the Qvc app today currently with the TSP there is a promo code that you can use to get a $40 credit well after I made my purchase and I attempted to use the promo code. It clearly stated that that code was not available on my “channel that it is only available on the iOS and android channels so Qvc after more than 20 years as a valued and long-time customer I am done with you. And I canceled my order

Can’t access
I have an iPhone 17 but can’t get the app on my phone. Why?
Don’t want to but a new phone
I cannot shop or check on previous orders anymore because I can’t afford to buy a new phone. Lousy way to treat customers of over 20 years!

Can’t update to new version
I’m unable to update as well, guess my QVC days are over as well.
