Hate latest upgrades
The last upgrade or two causes the videos to automatically play with sound. In the past the default was that videos were muted. Please fix!!
App stopped working!
I used my QVC app daily for years. This week I noticed that the app stopped allowing me to place an order. I had to log on using the website to place my orders. Actually saved me money not being able to shop quickly- when I was able to go to the website the items were sold out!
UPDATED APP STILL A ANNOYING MESS!
Since latest update the QVC App is so difficult to sign in! Displaying merchandise is “spinning” doesn’t load completely. Desperately needs a real quality overhaul ASAP! Why change that wasn’t “broke”?
Login Requested 2 See Order Status Repetitively with the capital. Video Autoplay - Beyond Annoying!
With the latest update, not only can you not turn off video auto play, this app is asking me to enter my logon credentials every time I go to Order Statue. Not to place an order. Nope. Totally fine with me placing new orders without logging in but if I want to check order status, I have to login. WHY???!!! This app literally placed multiple orders on Saturday that I didn’t order. So being able to check order status, hassle free with ease, is imperative. Face ID is enabled Fix this immediately!
Why is there no option to turn off “auto play” for videos on this APP? I am literally in a position that I’m going to have to stop using your app because EVERY SINGLE TIME, I open it there’s a video playing that I absolutely Do Not want to hear or watch. I open the app to browse and shop, After, I’ve already watched the presentation via TV or am actively watching the presentation. The inability to turn it off is SUPER annoying and not worth the effort. I mean seriously, why is there no option to turn this off. I can turn CC off, but not the video automatically playing???? Please fix this ASAP!

Can’t get updated
Like the others I can’t upload the new version, was on the phone with customer service for an hour and they said Technical Support Team will get back to me. That was 5 days ago.

1st time buyer, ordered something here off the app for my son a few weeks ago.item was never mentioned as being low stock, now all of a sudden they cant deliver it on promised date because its on back order. never buying from here again. horrible 1st experience
Penalized for having an IPhone 8
I can no longer shop on QVC because I only have an IPhone 8. Sorry I can’t afford the newest model so I guess you’ve lost a customer. Goodbye!

Why are you doing this I been shopping on this app for years now you are charging everything since you got with HSN the items are not the same now I can’t get the app or watch it on TV but I can still get HSN

Bad website.
I’ve been a customer for awhile but now almost every time I try to use the site I rarely see anything but a blank page. Occasionally I’ll get the account and shop load but not often. Sometimes the Cart page loads. Lately it’s a lot of the QVC is currently not available on the site. For a company this size this is a big issue. Either bad web based management or the company doesn’t care. One or the other. With all of the companies in the world to buy from I would think this is priority. Customer loyalty won’t help if this is a constant like the last few months. How is this going unnoticed by QVC?!

I’m very disappointed. I don’t know why they would update their site without thinking. I am unable to update because my phone is not compatible. As of right now, there is nothing wrong with my phone and I will not be getting a new one anytime soon. You’ve just lost another customer!
Losing a Shopper
I am a 77 year old customer and I have an iPhone 8 Plus. I can’t update your Ap, so now I can’t shop with you.

I have been with you since QVC’s beginning. I can’t believe you would rather lose a good customer rather than figuring out how we can order on the app. Yes, my I-phone is old, it’s a 13. I’m mad about this!
New phone to use your app

I also have an I phone8 and am cut off from QVC also am even further back to CVN. That’s Over 40years. I’m 83 and have a failed knee replacement so it’s hard to get around especially shopping in town. I miss my QVC. I also have a brand new tee shirt from the 50 on 50 when the QVC bus came to Savannah, Ga. for our annual St. Patrick’s day parade. They also did a live broadcast and I met a very young Rick D. and Kathy Levin. Just on SS so can’t afford a new phone. At least I can see it on TV. Thanks for listening. Live video automatically plays when I open the app. I have it set to pause so wouldn’t happen. Fix this, PLEASE!!!!
