Half-functional at best
The tab that shows shuttles works great. The SafeRide is terrible. Predictions are so inaccurate they might as well not even be there. Notifications haven’t worked since last update, 9 months ago. For a school full of engineers, I’d expect better.

Wait times are inaccurate so you wait by the door only for it to increase and decrease. Better luck walking in the cold.

STEM School Can’t Create A Working App
Will show shuttle routes from 12 hours ago and gives hour-long saferide waits.
Terrible ride time
Whoever created the scheduling algorithm should have their CompSci degree taken away.
Might as well not be designed
Drivers will simply cancel your trip during rush time, even if you have waited for over half an hour. It’s just a waste of time to use it. I have never seen a worse ride app than this one.
Dysfunctional
Needs major improvements, pick up time is never accurate and app glitches all the time. Ridiculous wait times, CWRU needs to hire more drivers. What are we paying the ridiculous amount of tuition for anyways
Horrible app
The first problem with this app is it doesn’t let you know how long you have left until your safe ride leaves they also only allow you to request 3 riders instead of 4 like with the old app. If you are going to have 5 people in one safe ride what’s the point of not allowing us to request a safe ride for 4 riders.

Updates desperately needed
WHY AM I NOT NOTIFIED WHEN THE SAFERIDE ARRIVES?? When it says 30 minute expected wait I then set my phone down expecting to wait 30 minutes. I did that expecting to get a call in thirty minutes BUT TEN MINUTES LATER I HAD MISSED MY RIDE???? Y’all this is ridiculous. They say they upgraded the app but this has never been so flawed

Way better than the old app
It’s so much smoother than CWRU SafeRide.
Works Great
Wonderful! You can track how far away your driver is and it updates constantly so you can manage your time. Communicates which SafeRide is coming clearly so you don’t get mixed up. Wish it notified you when the ride arrives, but you can see it on the map when it arrives and always have the ETA, so you just have to pay a little attention. Love SafeRide!

No notification of when ride arrives, glitchy in setting up the user, gps barely updates and works, honestly expected a better app from a tech university. The old app worked better
