Why do SATO booked itineraries not show up in app?

Simple and easy

The app makes checking on my reservations very simple and easy. It has all the confirmation numbers and trip details that I’m always looking for when I travel TDY. There is a link to edit trip details (such as cancelling reservations) but it still requires a phone call. It would be nice to edit the details or my itineraries through the app.

Integration with Other Apps

The integrations with other apps (ie., American Airlines, or JAL) is a waste of time. They don’t work, or at least don’t for me. The app is nice to have a visual consolidated list of the travel but beyond that doesn’t provide much.

Mobile itinerary only

The app doesn't provide any service beyond an itinerary that doesn't stay current. There's a weather ticker that is unnecessary and not useful. There's no direct connection with an agent or after-hours assistance thru the app. Waste of time
