Mobile itinerary only
The app doesn't provide any service beyond an itinerary that doesn't stay current. There's a weather ticker that is unnecessary and not useful. There's no direct connection with an agent or after-hours assistance thru the app. Waste of time

Good attempt for a tracker APP, but having a hard time getting my actual trips to populate.

Off hours support
The SATO phone support number was shut down. Chat is only available 0600-1800. How am i supposed the get support outside those hours?

Requires new password constantly. Ticketed travel never shows up automatically. DoD deserves better.

Almost entirely useless
You can’t sign in without acces to your work email. Not exactly useful on my phone in an airport. I mean, my banking apps aren’t this needlessly secure, but heaven forbid I need to change a reservation while out of my office.

The ability to add your cell phone number to your profile is greatly appreciated. For getting the 2FA PIN number when logging into the app
Great unless I’m mid-travel
I used the older travel app for years and this one seems promising! The problem is that I can’t get logged in during travel! I don’t use iCloud and the only other way to login is to use a code that is sent to my official email…. Which I don’t have access to unless I’m logged in to my work computer. So, I’m unable to use what could be a great resource…

I should be able to put in a record locator and it pull my entire itinerary without having to manually enter all the data

Clear visual display of flights. Instant updates with the personal calendar. Accurate updates of flights when they come. And all the above with all the air carriers and car rentals. Haven’t used it for hotels. Love the app.
Very helpful for military travel booked in DTS
This app has never failed me when I needed to access my travel information. I like the fact that the travel data (flights, hotels, rental, etc,) on the authorization can be accessed via the app.
Horrendous
The 3.8 rating speaks volumes. They ask for work email, but clearly they don’t understand that verification emails either take too long or don’t arrive at all due to security measures surrounding work emails. So you can’t even create an account because it’s impossible due to lack of logical critical thinking

Official Email
It’s a great tool but if you’re not in a position to check your official email for a verification code (for instance you’re in the airport actively traveling TDY or PCS) you can’t access the app. Even with the “remember this device,” your session will close leaving you out in the cold unless you’re not traveling and tethered to your work email.

Useless
This is a completely useless app. You cannot use it for anything except if you want to input your own trips into it. You cannot initiate or request a ticket. You cannot access existing bookings.
No options
The app has no ability to control you travel profile and in fact it should. Also if CWT books your reservation and mis spells your name it never shows up in app. Really needs more work.

Not sure what the point of this app is. Definitely not for the DoD traveler. It doesn’t sync existing travel information. Appears that you have to input it all manually.
Didn’t Upload Flight, Completely Useless
I followed all the steps to set this up and it didn’t upload my flight for my international PCS and doesn’t have a interface to link a flight. The flight was booked through SATO so idk what I am supposed to do.
