Terrible App
The app is the reason I don’t do my primary banking with CFFCU. It’s so cumbersome and I’ve had nothing but problems with anything other than just transferring funds.
Crashing
App is never consistent always crash and won’t let me in at all after about a week which causes me to have to delete the app and redownload it just to be able to access it very annoying but other than that okay app.
Devs are asleep
I don’t think there has been a single time in the past 3 years that there hasn’t been some kind of annoying bug that either kicks me out of the app, makes it impossible to use Zelle without crashing, or is able to open at all. This new update is no different. I don’t know why you keep updating front end when the backend is an absolute disaster. Also the ATM map needs an update to tell me if there are ATMs that accept deposits, as well.

Zelle makes it crash
The app does well with displaying my account balances and letting me know when I receive a deposit. However, when I try to send money through the Zelle feature on the app, it crashes every time.

Terribly outdated
This app is so ugly and outdated looking. Card alerts never work, it is just all around a poor experience and doesn’t instill much confidence in the institution overall. CFFCU needs to switch to one of the larger CU core systems.

They shut off my card every time my checking account got negative by 50 cents and I literally have money in my savings account I just couldn’t transfer over faster enough it is not like I don’t have money they just like to try to stick you with as many finds as possible you they can take your money that they won’t let you spend

Never shows all pending items. Things come and go. Might as well keep a check book at his pony
Some bugs
Works well but started showing bugs where it won’t work right, won’t let me access card management or open certain tabs on the more menu

The app is very simple to use and has everything you need for your banking needs!
Please add Face Id Unlock!!
This app performs really well but I wish I could use my Face ID to unlock my app! It still supports touch ID but when I upgraded phones I lost that privilege 😔
Check deposit
Could not deposit a check to my Cy fair Fcu account but was able to deposit it to other bank account. This app does not work
Slow
The app is slow and it’s not caught up with real time.

My ONLY complaint would be, the call feature dials the Jones Rd. location by default.

Better than chase
This mobile app is easy to use and easy to understand. What more do you want in a app? I can also pay bills and move my money from my couch.
Transfer stopped working
I can no longer make transfers. I get an "Application Error" message every time I try! Very frustrating to have to drive to an inconvenient ATM to make a transfer. Please fix this bug!!!
Issues lately
The past couple of weeks I haven't been able to log in from the app. It says "currently unavailable at the time". Very frustrating when I need to deposit a check.
Great app
Makes life easier. I do 99% of my banking needs straight from this app. The developer did a great job!!
