App Buggy

I signed up for the 7-day free trial subscription but was billed immediately. The app then went completely white and crashed. After closing and reopening the app my purchase wasn’t recognized. I clicked “Restore Purchase” which was confirmed and then the app crashed again. Tried several times, the app always crashes. I then went to the developer site to reach out and the only contact info is an enquiry form with no place to write anything. So I’m out $9.99 on a 7-day free trial with an app that doesn’t work…
