The app gives problems when trying to register. For instants when trying to input insurance information it doesn’t allow me to enter the cancellation date of the policy.
Signed up for the app and nothing
Signed up and submitted all my info then they have approved everything and took forever to set up an in person appointment. Finally when there was an appointment available they rejected my application for no reason. Absolutely amazing 👎
Horrible app and company
I applied a few months ago . And the app said I needed an interview. Nothing happened. I called nada, I did talk to one person but they just kept telling me they would send an email to hiring city manager . They were powerless.

After creating an account through the web, and then going to the app, it says “email does not exist”. Useless app
Updates Needed
This is awful compared to previous Propane Taxi app for drivers. There are no maps of the entire route, no list of stops showing customers/addresses you will be going to. No option to skip a stop and go back or reorder your stops. Inaccurate tank counts at the start of a shift leaves drivers short tanks to complete their route- This happens when there are customer service swaps. I do like that it shows a tally of your hrs/tanks/stops per shift, mileage would be nice to see too though…

Where is the Consumer app?
I’m sure this is good for drivers, but what about the consumer!? It’s useless to us… Website on mobile has no working credit card number field either, need to use the desktop version.
Doesn’t recognize my email address
I created an account online and then installed the app. Once installed, I tried to login to the app and it errored out with email address does not exist. What gives?
No email address recognition.
I’d give this so far less than one star. No email recognition for some reason. Propane taxi was perfect. This is not.
This app is for drivers, not regular customers
I ordered through Cynch.com and figured I’d see if they had an app. Sure enough, I found this one. I tried to login, but it said my email address didn’t exist. I checked the reviews and noticed many others were having the same issue. Then I realized this app isn’t meant for consumers. This is the app used by the delivery drivers. Folks, please take a second to realize the app works perfectly fine only if you’re a driver for Cynch. This is not for customer login. Finally, Cynch, you gotta label this app better. It’s clearly confusing everyone. Rename it or add a noticeable statement in the description. Do something!

I too have been trying to reorder my propane but the app site says my e-mail doesn’t exist.
Fix the App
I already ordered from Facebook. I then downloaded the app. Tried to log on to the app however the app doesn’t recognize my email or password. Please fix this useless app.
Driving with many propane tanks for business is both dangerous and illegal
If you pick up a leaking propane cylinder from customer, it can suffocate you in your car.
