Inaccurate
Would be 5/5 if they did daily updates to what runs are open, but it’s really unreliable for that. You have to drive all the way there yourself to know if raven ridge is operating or if top gun is open. (Which they weren’t and I feel played)
Constantly timing
This app app consistently timed out on me when I try to use in
Poor quality, unstable website wrapper
This is a very bug ridden, poor quality app. It’s clearly a non-native app and just a cheap white label website wrapper. Slow, full of request errors. Why bother if you’re not going to make a quality app?
Great 3D map GPS Tracking
Wow this app is amazing! Love the 3D map GPS tracking and stats. Clear safety emergency contact button too. Mountain conditions, trail maps and webcams are accessible.

The information on the website is super confusing . The viewer is lost with unrelated information . No alert or snow reports when is needed ! You can’t find the information you are looking for in general !

Almost useless
The app is almost useless. Yes, you can find out the weather and tell you which cafes are open. But it cannot link to your online account to load your passes or skyward. Maybe if you bought them for. From within the app (I did not), but if you bought them on your computer on their website there seems to be no connection.

Cafeteria closes to early
The cafeteria closes at 7pm! Dozens of people willing to pay for food, and it’s closed! Makes for a long night of skiing!
Inaccurate Trail and Lift Info
The information showing what trails and lifts are open is not consistent with the Cypress website
Cypress App - conditions
Just wanted to let you know that the buttons for the “conditions” are reversed. When you press the Nordic button, the downhill conditions show up and vice versa when you press the “Downhill” button the Nordic conditions appear.

Suggestion
Just wondering if you guys could add a tracking system? I’m not sure if it’s just that I haven’t discovered it yet or the app doesn’t have a tracking system. If you don’t have one, please add one! The app for Mt. Washington can track the runs you go on, it’s a very helpful feature.
Excellent Mountain. Long lineups
Long lineups are a serious problem at Cypress esp. when there are lifts that haven’t been opened. Short staff? Bad organization skills? Cash savings for the owners?!? Idk. Mid week daytime skiing should have the whole mountain accessible with no lines. Just sayin.
